Kyper got a new book while my parents visited. He and his dad are going to have fun watching hockey together some day.

During the second week of our stay Joel got to tour the Sara Lee Factory for his rotation and he got to watch a Red Wings hockey game at their training camp. (Again, I will have Joel do a blogpost about the training camp. Let's just say that he was on cloud nine and maybe still is from the experience.)
We also took walks on the west bay again. Kyper likes climbing the rocks.

This is an old mental health institute, that is turned into a little shopping center. It was pretty cool just to walk through.

Joel's mom came out for a day and played with Kyper.

On Saturday, we drove up to Petosky. Joel looked for rocks. On our way back down to Traverse City we stopped at Young State Park. (A park that Joel loves--he grew up camping there with a big group from his church.) So, the next two pictures are from Young.
