About Time

I guess it is about time to update.  Joel finished his last rotation on Good Friday, so I have been busy spending time with him and Kyper.  We have also been busy packing since we are moving June 1Se.  Finally, we have been away from home almost every other week.

We went to west Michigan this year for Easter.  We went to the Maundy Thursday service at our church on Thursday night and then headed to west Michigan on Friday.   It was good spending some time with our families as we hadn't been home in a few months.  Some highlights:

• Seeing my brother and sister-in-law's new house and meeting their new puppy. 
• Going to my friend's baby shower
• Spending some quality time with Tim and Melanie
• Having Easter dinner with some of my family.
• Going to Joel's cousin's birthday party and seeing his extended family.  I had a great time chatting with his cousin Andi.
• Seeing my nieces and nephews.
• Having pizza at my grandparent's house.

We were actually in town through Tuesday since Joel was done.  We then headed back to Detroit to pack our house and for our trip to Florida!

Sorry for lack of pictures.  Joel probably took some, but I am on my computer.  (Meaning, I don't have the pictures.) 

To make up for lack of pictures in this post look for the next post to be filled with them.  We headed south to Florida for a family vacation.  (Meaning lots of pictures and even some video!)
